How it works
A few sentences about the problem. I reply within two working days, honestly, including when it is not something I should take on.
Thirty minutes to find the real constraint, which is rarely the one in the original email.
What gets built, the price, the date, and what is explicitly out. You approve it before anything starts.
Something you can click through every week. Then handover: code, documentation and a walkthrough.
Describe the problem in a few sentences: where it is stuck, what you have already tried, and roughly what it is worth solving.
